Out & About

Went to an ICT Network meeting at Christchurch this afternoon. Penny Crane and Terri Gale were there. We spent a lot of time looking at footage about what digital learning involves. Also did the old 'think, pair, share' to find out the good practice happening at each other's school. My partner, Brad, teaches Yr 4 at Christchurch and does Space with his boys. Similar in many ways to what happens in Yr 4 at St Marys but with more ICT aspects. I'll be sharing these with Alison.

Also, 'shared' (I had nothing!) skootle and wordle experiences. Can't wait to play! A very appropriate and opportune PD. Brad left with his iphone, adding to his blog. He's been using a laptop since he was 12 ... 15 years ago. He knows much of this stuff ... but not skootle/wordle. There's hope for me yet.
